Week 8 = Senior Night & Band Contest @ the Hoover Met!!!

Congrats to each and everyone of you for a great win last Saturday!!  You gals have worked so hard and we were thrilled to see you do so well at the regional.  Your beauty & behavior always get recognition on the field & off...we love that...but it is your inner beauty and work ethic that really make the program work as well as it does!!  Thank you girls!!!!


Congrats and thank you as well to the Guard Parents who always provide support and words of encouragement.  Our Guard Parents Rock!!!

And last but certainly not least...a huge thanks goes out to Sydney, Allison, Kayla, and Maci for all they have done & continue to do to make the fall season great!!  We love the four of you very much and are so proud!!! :0)

Tuesday: 6-9 in weather appropriate practice clothes.
(Please arrive at the school and be in the stadium with equip by 6)

Thursday: Afterschool until 5 in weather appropriate practice clothes.

Friday/during the school day:
Black Band T/Jeans with Pep Rally hair.
Bring Pep Uniform & one strap bra, Jazz Shoes & Poms...
don't forget your red ribbon!!  Pep Rally @ 2:30!

Friday/at the game:
Pep Rally Uniform & hair with ribbon, jazz shoes!!
(one strap bra!!!!)
Loaded Guard Bag w/ poms & sweats for warmth.  Report time 5:15.

Saturday!!!!

Report time is 9 a.m.  (bring water bottle)

10:45 ~ Meal provided by Bible Comes to Life Church

11:45 pm ~ Depart for Hoover HS

2:10 pm ~ Warm up

2:55 pm ~ Performance

4:00 pm ~ Depart for Galleria

6:00 pm ~ Return to Hoover Met

9:00 pm ~ Awards

10:30 pm ~ Estimated Return Time to OGHS

Fundraiser OP!!!

Our WGs are sponsoring a Market & Yard sale on Saturday, November 3rd in the lobby at OGHS. 8 a.m. to Noon. For $20 rental...the WG provides advertising, the venue, and a table. Participants provide their own merchandise & chairs and of course make whatever $$ for sales made that day. (This is a great way for our guard girls to make some extra money to put toward the Disney Trip!!)

Table space is limited and will be booked on a first paid basis. $20 cash (no checks) will reserve a spot...if you have more than one table of "stuff" you will need to rent more than one table space. Again...WG makes $20 per table space, Participants set their own prices and makes the money for all they sell that day.

Deadline for space rentals is Friday, October 19th.
