Guard Beach Trip 2011--optional!!
Guard members and their Moms are
invited to participate in our annual
Guard Beach Trip scheduled for
Thursday - Sunday, Aug 4-7th.
Cost is $100 per person...that amount
covers housing and some meals. Girls
who travel without a parent pay an
extra $25 gas fee at trip time. We
carpool and Guard Moms split the cost
of gas used in the cars.
If interested please send full payment
via CASH ONLY to Rebecca Hope to
reserve your spot(s). No checks will be
accepted. Deadline to sign up is May
10th. We have room for all Guard girls
and our parent spots will be filled on a
first paid basis.
If we have enough interest we will
move forward with plans, and if we do
not your cash WILL be returned to you.
Please note...once signed up and the
trip is put in motion no refunds will be
issued regardless of reason. Thanks!!
