Tigerettes (old & new) were given 4 Bob Sykes coupons to sell today as part of the band fundraiser. The tickets and an index card with coordinating numbers were given out in ziplocks. WG members got their tickets from Donna. All other Tigerettes got them from Mr. Henson during their band class.
The tickets are numbered and must be paid for if lost!!
Tigerettes selling the coupons MUST WRITE the name of the buyer on the coupon, and as well must CIRCLE the product the buyer purchases. That name and amount should be noted on the index card and returned by the required date. TIGERETTES MUST SELL AT LEAST ONE TICKET but are encouraged to sell all four. Any unsold tickets can be returned.
Checks should be made out to: OGHS BAND and the seller is responsible for covering returned checks & bank fees attached to their sales...please make sure you know & trust who you sell to!!
Tigerettes must turn in index card, money, and any unsold tickets to REBECCA HOPE on or before Friday, February 11th!! Please note this "turn in" date may be different from the band's date. 2/11/11 is correct for Tigerettes to complete this fundraiser.
